Providing Disadvantaged College Students Support for Housing and College Related Needs
What We Do
We provide disadvantaged college students a “Room In A Bag.” The bags include dorm room essentials. Everything from sheets and towels to power cords and laundry bags. Once our recipients are identified, they are sent a Room For Success survey so we can tailor their “Room In A Bag” specifically for them.
About Us
College scholarships and grants help pay for a student’s tuition, room & board, and even books. The student’s dorm room is not a priority.
A dorm room is often a student’s first home of their own. How a student feels about their space is extremely important. They should feel proud of their room and find it a place of comfort. It helps create a better learning environment and creates a higher sense of self esteem.
